A collection of peppers from my garden, including habaneros, jalapenos, banana peppers, and thai hot peppers.
The aperture in my B&L lens is kaput so I removed all the blades and made an ~f/22 aperture in developed E6 film. Cut out by razor blade, the aperture opening isn't even approximately circular, but hey...
Way cool man! Love it. Now you have to get a whole bunch of people to carry on about the lovely OOF areas and how they can only get them with a genuine Keith F-Stop.
Thanks fellas. I took two and unfortunately uploaded the slightly blurry one by mistake, it has a bit of motion blur from my not-so-good hand shuttering, but anyway, yeah, the aperture worked out well! Maybe I'll go into business with my handcrafted one-of-a-kind apertures And I am really going to miss the 803 when it's all used up Really hard to believe that it's an ISO 800 film, the tones are so fine.
And no, I am *not* going to eat the habaneros... at least not until they've dried out completely. I did cook with them once and managed to get some of the juice around my fingernails and on my lips and it was complete hell for several hours!!! So these will be drying out and then they'll be finely minced and used very sparingly!
