That gap between the front 2 men and the presence of the corner in the wall splits the photo in two, which makes for difficult viewing. If you cover the figure on the RHS the remaining group works quite well together. The same is true if you cover the group on the LHS.
One last criticism the focus on the foremost figures is not good and takes from your photo.
I understand what Tex is saying. Actually, you could split the image right between the two front men, and have a really nice image of the 3 on the left. Of course it would leave out the other man (if he's known or important to you some way). I love those faces and their clothing. They're full of character, are they not?
