Hi. Very powerful face in someone so young and really strong composition. I think I'd be tempted to crop all the bright leaves in the lower foreground. Without them attention is drawn to and stays with the face. With them I think you get dragged down to those highlights which weakens an otherwise great shot. Alternatively if you like the square format a lot of burning to get them to the same or slightly darker tonal range as the leaves in the top right.
