Very nice - but to be picky, it would have been stronger with just a bit more of the pier on the left.

Ah, the North Sea with this sky and on May day. Wonderful in a full wetsuit. How do kids manage this? The answer to global warming is to transplant kids' seaside thermostat into all adults. Transplanting kids' cheerfulness wouldn't be a bad idea either.

Captures the kids' enjoyment of the sea very well.

I loved this image too. And, if I may, I also guess it would be even nicer without the pier on the left, or perhaps with more of it.

Yes, I know Southwold and that coast, I always think of Bill Brandt's photographs on Aldeburgh beach for his book "Literary Britain" when I am there.
