Nice classic feel to this image. You're left wondering what he is looking at. At first I thought the eyes weren't sharp but the clothing in front and behind are - unless he has moved a little or my brain is playing tricks.

Carl, you have picked up on the one element of the picture which I regret. I believe he moved his head slightly during the exposure. I had the shutter on 1/30th of a second if I remember. The DOF was good as I was on f16. Thank you for the comments by the way. I was going for a 'classic feel' and I guess I achieved it.
