If he knew...

...that I was uploading this, I'd probably get my butt kicked.

Adam is my best friend, my life partner, and the guy who gets to put up with all this stuff. I love him dearly.

But I'm still posting it.

This is off the same roll of Tri-X that the plasma globe is. Development was semi stand in HC-110 1+100. Shot at 400 and developed for 27 minutes at 21C. Agitation for the first minute is constant, then one inversion at 25, 20, 15, 10, and 5. I'll be trying out HP5 with this method by the end of the week.

Just curious: why use semi-stand as opposed to regular development?
 
I like the look. I'm getting some HP5 in the mail this week sometime and I plan to come up with a normal agitation solution for it. Now that I'm going to start printing, I want to make sure that I'm using the same film with the same developer constantly so that I get good results.

1+100 is easier for me to mix than dilution H with the equipment that I currently have, and I don't mind doing a little testing.
