Frente a la Iglesia Corazón de Jesus en el Centro de Caracas. Venezuela.

The people that support the socialist goverment of Hugo Chavez wrote the grafittti. "This is a temple of socialist ideology" and on the right side "Long live to popular militia"
or something like that.... sorry about my english...
This is a catholic church in downtown Caracas.
