I agree with Thomas regarding her breasts, they are what they are. Her facial expression is quite good, the lighting on her face enhances it further.

I seem to remember the background being a bit lighter, perhaps this darkening looks more natural. Is it darker?

I like the fingers in her opened hand, not sure whether this was her input or yours, but it looks good.
