Very nice portrait, however, for me, the graphic on her top pulls your eye away from her face. Just IMHO.

Yes, the text does distract a little, but than again, her face and gaze are so beautiful, that they pull you back in an instant... no real problem.

I'd like to see it without the graphic for comparison, but I think it's a great portrait as it is. What catches my eye is her eyes, with an occasional flicker to the graphic.

I like this portrait very much. The composition, eye contact and gesture add up to create a compelling image.

I can't help but agree with some of the words above. Her pose, the relaxed feeling, the stunning skin tones, the beautiful eyes - it all makes for a great portrait.
But, I think the out of focus hand, the white 'stuff' to the left in the frame, and the shirt print are all distracting.
OK, it's nitpicking, but I can't help but think that you should re-shoot this with a more careful arrangement, and you don't just have a great portrait, you would have a truly remarkably fine portrait, something much more complete.
I do appreciate it for its casual quality, though, but the potential... Oh boy!
