good question rich --that keystoning is due to the wide angle 90mm lens, a slightly downward perspective on the tripod, and the absence of a bag bellows (which meant i couldn't do any tilting) -- i thought about getting down lower so the door frame lines would be straight on the glass, but then the front loop of the balustrade would have overlapped the back loop .... so i decided to live with the leaning doors
Thanks very much for the explanation. I bought a bag bellows for my Cambo SC; it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but we've had no UPS, FedEx, USPS, or newspaper deliveries here in the upper end of the valley since Saturday. Too much snow and ice on the streets. (I could put on chains, but I don't need to drive anywhere so I save the effort.)
I like your old building interiors because I like old buildings, inside and out. There are a few here in Troutdale (one's scheduled for demolition in March and I hope to get permission to photograph the interior before they start dismantling it).
