Blue Hen Falls

6x6cm silver chloride contact print

This is a reprint of an image I posted a couple of months ago. I just wasn't happy with the last print so I tried a different negative, one in which I used a faster shutter speed, was positioned slightly farther back and doesn't show a stray bit of light which sneaked into the frame on the other exposure. I also burned in the water quite a bit more with this print and I finally feel pretty good about it.

Thanks fellows. It really is a pretty little fall, very dark wet rock and, at the time I was there, thin water which was transparent in most places. Hard to go wrong...
