Very nice scene. Not sure about the foreground though. I would look at cropping this out or if I was taking the shot I would have got in closer

I loved my visit to the Salton Sea , it is such a tranquil place.... the spatial relationships are mesmerizing ..... thanks for the memory prompt Kerik ..... well done ...

For me, the foreground balances the sky. Nice photo. Must have been exciting to have arrived at this scene.
