If you did is it bleached as well?

Thanks folks. The softness is two fold- there's a tungsten light on the background and strobe on her face. A one second exposure with the strobe modeling light turned off gives the movement, then pantyhose over the enlarger lens diffused the entire print. I didn't bleach the print, just printed pretty contrasty and thus lost highlight detail in the scan.
