An excellent image! The man brings a focal point to the composition, and helps convey the palpable sense of wind and chill with his hands in his pockets, and his hoodie up. Very well done!

I really like this. The wind sweeping across the ground looks very cold. I love how the person is right in the middle of those intersecting lines, and the slightly muted tonal scale is just right for the subject matter. Nicely done!

I also like this, the perception of high wind is shown by the sand (?) blowing across the surface, the cold is shown by the hooded figure at a picture perfect juncture of the picture.

Very well done.

You must have used a very high shutter speed to offset the high wind, it would be too windy (I think) for using a tripod.
