While it is a good composition I feel that the tree on the LHS is too dominant and I would be inclined to crop some of it. Both the detail in the sky and reflection are good, but overall the print is too dark. A lighter version would have instant impact.
Yes, I agree. Since this was a negative scan (and the rules of the site require no digital manipulation) I decided to scan so that the highlights of the clouds were not blown out. When printed, I will control the values of the sky through an overall burn and localized burn to accentuate the clouds.

If you check on the Articles >How To> Tips on Scanning for Web -Display you will see that there is a certain amount of digital manipulation allowed so as to improve your image as long as it does not fall outside what you can perform in the darkroom. Check it out and see what you think.
