Part of the foundation of a late 19th C hot blast iron furnace (Lock Ridge) in Alburtis, PA. This is a *ahem* photo of the print, as 10.5 inch square doesn't fit the scanner. It was accepted and actually got a modest award in a local art show yesterday -- my semi-annual darkroom work paid off!
As per the other two. This really is a nice brown. Everyone has their own idea of a "nice brown" but what distinguishes this one is that it is "right" in a way few, if any, would disagree about.
If I had to choose just one brown for all future brown prints this one would be it
