This is a very good picture showing pregnancy, at more or less, the end.

Congratulations! Your wife looks absolutely radiant in her pregnancy, and what a nice photograph to remember it by. The surrounding with trees and vines was a good choice, and it's enjoyable how her white dress really stands out against it. Very well done!
