Beautiful Daniel. Have you used some sort of diffusion on this one? Has a slightly different feel than other work of yours from there. Perhaps is it just the serenity coupled with slight movement in the water. (or my eyes!)

Great tones, Daniel. I also love the round lily pads with the straight sticks. Very balanced and serene. Another to add to my favorites.

Bill, you're right on all counts (your eyes are perfect, though). There was some movement during the exposure, and I wanted to knock down some of the detail in the other areas. Part of the exposure was made through a sheet of Yupo (frosted paper) laid over the paper. It gives more of the impression I had as I looked at the scene squinting slightly.
