In most cases, I use the following recipe:
Copper bleach:
Copper sulphate 100g
Sodium chloride 100g
Sulphuric acid 40-80ml
to make one litre stock
working solution: full strange up to 1+5
in any case bleach until all silver vanishes

I sell this bleach with an amount of 40ml acid, but with some papers a higher amount would be better to achieve clean bright (instead yellow) whites. On the other hand, the control becomes more difficult then with redevelopment. If the obtaining of copper sulphate and acid is no problem, you should mix yourself a special bleach for each paper.
In general: more acid = brighter base, faster and less controllable developing and more bluish colour.
