Your exposure is perfect you could almost touch the petals. But that stem which dominates the foreground is so out of focus it spoils an almost perfect shot. But I bet you know this already.

Yes it is a pity, because otherwise it is really extremely fine. A little more depth of field and it would be perfect.
With extension tube at F22 there is no chance, but 5cm back already would be promising - I think.
