To let it glow deepen the shadows.

Since Forte has gone, Fomatone is my favoured lith-paper if color is desired. With much light, strong developer-dilution and long development-time, we get very colored midtones and lights, but no really deep black.

I see three possibilities to solve this problem:

2. possibility: the afterburner - Lith F

With this two-tray-development, the total-development-time can be shortened. The first-developer is adjusted relatively fat, is more stable consequently, the results are more reproducible.
Stay in this developer until "snatch point" (2-6 minutes), followed by thirty seconds to one and a half minute in the second tray with Lith F (1+10 or more). Here the shadows are deepened and the colors are intensified.
