Mario Botta

Hi,
On Saturday I was coming back from a phototrip to the Laggo Maggiore. Its located close to the border between Italy and Swisserland and everybody told me I have to go there for landscape photography... but there is much more to see. In this small church I checked out different type of films about there sharpness. Provia, Scala, Velvia, Ektachrome

Amazing patterns. Well done.

Just curious - which lens?

Beautiful composition. Did you take special measures to control contrast here? Because there is so big a range from the shadows in the lower right to the still not blown out sky in the top.

This is a great architectural shot it would have won the Architectural Cup in our annual exhibition. Wish I had taken it.
Cheers
TEX

Thx for your appreciated comments. No specials for contrast control here Marco. I used as always tripod, spotmeter, well known films, and a lot of time.
Nice time
Markus
