I prefer the color image, but the perspective of this is interesting.

I think both pictures stand up to scrutiny well. I like them both. What a fantastic place to photograph.

I also like both but I really like this format. I don't think I have seen 5x8 before. I work in 5x7 but the added length of this format has a very nice feel to it. Are you actually able to find film in this format or are you having to slice and dice.

Dan, no film in this size available so it is cut your own only. Not too bad though because it is 8x10 in half. Still plenty of choices in that format.
