Beautiful image with excellent composition but really unique color and mood! The dark sky, stormy sea and carefree swimmers in the pool really lend it a surreal feeling, not unlike of a Magnum photographer. Bravo!
 
The image is definitely an attention-getter, even without the quirky color(cross-processing?), and I agree with arigram, it does have a surrreal feeling.
