yes,you've isolated the one daisy by making it the only sharp part of the image.IMO though the circles in the back left are a bit distracting and as the greater part of the image is blurred I'm drawn to that,especially the tree.I could be way off but maybe a top view,with one in sharp focus ,would isolate it further.just an opinion.
