My Mum has her parent's wedding picture from 1935. There is only one copy that we know of. In those days there was only "The Wedding Photograph" and my grandparents must have gone to a lot of expense as their's was taken in a studio. I've scanned it for a family archive. God forbid such a disaster should ever happen to us. People short sightedly say "it only happens to other people" they forget that to others they are the other people.
