I think that the diffusion is effective here because it underlines mood of cemetary, as place, where everything will diffuse forever ...

The diffusing effect of the scratched lens works very well with the background elements. But the thing I particularly like about the image is the sharply focused gate in the foreground. I think it's a natural lead-in. All in all, a very moody, effective image.

On the GG when I took the picture, it look even better then the neg I got. The letters on the fence just glow.

I will give the old Ansco 130 a try later on.
