Beautiful in every way. My only comments is: Please lose the spike heel shoes for a figure study. I hope you have more figure studies to show us.

Lovely. Perhaps some more contrast, for example if the vegetation and stairs were darker to more dramatically set off her figure.

For those of you into fashion wondering what to wear on your next climb up and down rocky stairs....

The model and her attire seems very out of place for this setting. Is this a glamour shot? If so, I don't think the background works, or the tonality. Is it a juxtaposition of the skin/softness of the model with the harshness of the setting (like Wynn Bullock used with his nudes taken outdoors)? If the latter, the model does not seem relaxed at all, which hardly helps to make her a part of the environment. And the shoes kill it completely.

There just isn't much that works in this image for me. I think a more relaxed pose, no shoes, and inclusion of the face would have been a far better shot. Also, is it a picture of the nude? If so, then make her fill the frame and cut out the background. If it is a picture of both the nude and the stairs/vegetation then I would make her smaller than she is now and get more of the background in.

Just some ideas...

Simply beautiful and captivating. For myself I rarely consider shoots in do with models outdoors as being "glamour", "nude", "fetish" or whatever. I see them as similar to statues in traditional landscape gardens, providing a focal point and contrast of textures. I like the shoes here but then I'm biased as I hate feet except for pictures of children.

I think many of us can admit of being influenced by Newton and also Weston to name but two, it's good to be influenced by the best!!

Hi

Very well done and I fully disagree wis Will!
The only thing I would like to see else is the picture more rectangular what means a bit crop on top and on the bottom!
Beautyfull modell also!

Although the shoes might not be consistent with "classical" figure-study style, I think they work well here. As you know from the other forum, I like the image, FWIW.

I like your Cindy image better. It has a natural feel to it, maybe even a story. This image has all the right componants for a great image, it is very, very close but did not go the extra mile. Sometimes just asking the model to relax into the pose is all it needs to cross that line. I give it a 8.5
