Giants of Ludington Park II

Giants of Ludington Park II

I have been working on a series of images in my local park. Eyeing these leaves and along with the dark trunk, I thought this might be a nice addition. I framed this image to show a repeating pattern of trees in the background, off centering the main tree. The fog was thrown in during an unusually warm winter day. Any thoughts or comments on this are appreciated.

This gets really close to my ideal "tree of life" image. I search for such a tree constantly, but rarely find one. You've made an excellent rhythmic composition.

Very lovely composition and printing. I find trees endlessly fascinating and a beautiful scene such as this reminds me of a troupe of graceful dancers.

All the best,
Daniel

I like the composition, cutting off the trunks and not showing the foreground snow is a change from the average tree shot. Well done.
