Interesting image, having lot of mood inside. I like the silhouette and lower black part contrast with sky. Maybe the clouds seems on my monitor too :smile: ?? grey. Was it late evening ?

Your EOS dose a marvelous job. It looks like Canon still makes some great cameras. What lens were you using?
 
Thanks! Dida, it was about 3:30 in the afternoon I think, but it's been getting dark by about 4:30 (or it was a week or two ago anyway.) If I recall correctly I was using a red filter to darken the sky down a bit as well :smile:.

Salmonoid - it was the EF 85mm f/1.2L. It's practically the only lens I ever use on that camera unless I've got a need for something specialist (e.g. a macro or long telephoto) - if I'm shooting 35mm it means I'm shooting handheld, so a fast lens is a must.

The 1V is a wonderful camera; I fully expect to take it to my grave :wink:.
