I was in Calgary last November for work, and during an afternoon off I walked around downtown for some sights of the city.
Downtown Calgary is a strange beast to me. I'm from Montreal, and I'm used to see all sorts of things on the street, small shops, and storefronts. In contrast, here I had the impression that the whole town was bottled up inside the malls, walkways, and interior courtyards.
So I only had the smooth facade of the buildings to contemplate, and I saw it in two ways: as squares or triangles. This is as square.
