I recognize this. I took some disappointing shots there once. This treatment is really what it needed. Nice.

Nice image. Really bad JPEG compression though - ruins it and makes it really hard to see what's going on in the photo. Can you re-scan it and post it at higher resolution?

OK, I got a higher res posted. It does look better, but I still have a slight yellowish cast that's not on the original.
