My First Step

Taken by my dad on the front lawn of our place in the Black Hills, SD. My kids hauled out my baby pics so they could compare what I looked like when I was 2 since my grandson just turned 2. And no I was not 2 when I took my first step.

Cool - now I see where the selective DOF comes from! It's hereditary! So if you were not 2 when you took your first step - how much older where you? I suspect you probably had fixer under your fingernails at 13 months too! ;-)

Your dad had a Rollei, huh? That explains it.

Indeed, Eric has changed... The stance and the gestures are similar, but clearly, at 2, he is not quite yet THE BATMAN he would become (as witnessed so many years later on these hallowed APUG pages).
