Beautiful car, very straight and near upright windscreen, coupled with the longhish bonnet and narrow wheelbase, tells me it is the original E type.

These were (in this country) designed for 150 mph, however if you could actually get it to those speeds without swerving off the road over 135mph, your were either a genius, or on an airstrip.

The later model(s) had a slightly wider and longer wheelbase and their stability was far better, but they weren't as quick, this model was unbelievably quick.
