I shot this image as a young teenager at a local beach using a no name plastic toy camera. I was flipping through an old book and found it sandwiched between the pages....I guess being fiber it was there to flatten.

I remember this image was made form a colour negative which was printed on black and white paper. It was done so I could learn the problems which occur from the colour dyes affecting the tonal range and contrast.

I was about 14 when i shot this.

very nice. Q: is that a matt around the print or how did you do that since it isn't a PT/PD or any other alternative process?

I have some plastic neg carriers and I axe murdered them hehehe well actually i hacked at them with a file and scissors and now when i print negatives they bleed lots hehehehe.

whats PD/ PT?
