Thinking about an old professor of mine (Thomas Joshua Cooper) got me thinking of images from that time. Just thought I'd share an oldie.

This is from a cropped 4x5, and has always been a favorite of mine. Originally seen as a full-frame shot, but "rediscovered" going through my proof sheets.
Thanks! For silver printing, there is nothing better than a windless overcast day under the Redwoods (between 10am and 2pm)! This was in the Fall...even after the many years I can remember the yellow of the maple leaves hanging over the creek. That maple tree has long since fallen and no sign of it is even left.
Vaughn, this is really beautiful. I need to get back up to the Redwoods again. The light must have made you laugh when you were under the dark cloth, let alone the image.
