I like this! Wow! Isn't it wierd when you take a few shots of something like this then go back later and the place is gone. I'll bet you are happy you got the shots.

I wish I had gotten more and better photos. Most of what I took was in color. It was an early 19th century house with a few barns on the property on about 12 acres or so which is rare in this neck of the woods. A developer bought the property and was supposed to restore the house, since it was a landmark and build new houses to fill the land. Most people here think the developer torched the house to save restoration costs. But of course that proved difficult to prove eventhough it was apparant the fire was started deliberately. Below is a link to the few decent photos I have including one showing the building after the fire.
