Attack of the Ents

I have been wanting to photograph trees for a long time, but never felt I got the right perspective... Now, with my new Zero Image super wide angle pinhole, I finally feel I am doing justice to these wonderful creatures.

Please note that the reproduction on Provia100F has led to some loss of shadow detail and some other problems (due to my limited experience with this)
Equipment Used
Zero Image 4x5 pinhole

Paper & Developer
Ilford Warmtone FB, split sepia and selenium toned
The last two in series are something special .... beautiful and so dynamic...
Perfectly done ... any loss of "shadow detail" is unimportant and the contrast is just excellent here. r.

Great stuff. I've been envisioning something like this with some salvaged lenses (diopters) but I haven't managed anything this nice.
