A country lane/field shot taken to test a camera which had shown a problem on the previous film. The APX400 I had bought without truly researching it here, so it is used as a test film rather than an "actual shot" emulsion. I can't say for sure that there is a synergy with Rodinal, but again it is the ultimate cheapie for testing.
Has a painterly/sketch look - mainly in the sky area. I tried Rodinal with a number of films and found the grain very "popcorn" like. It sent me off on a search and I found Perceptol. Never say never but I think it convinced me I was a fine grain person- well at least in 35mm and I haven't done enough in MF to decide.
