I've started a project shooting the audience during my band shows. It's a great challenge to sing and shoot simultaneously in a seriously dark dive bar.
This is Delta 3200 shot at 12800 -- I've tried to make the scan look like the print, but that is just really not possible.
Cheryl... as one who used to do a lot of the bar gigs, I can almost smell the place in this photo. Pretty nice dive! Tony Levin, bass player for Peter Gabriel and King Crimson once did a book of shots he made from the stage. Even had a footswitch so he could step on it at the perfect time while still playing. He too made some great shots.

Bill, I'll have to check out Tony Levin's project. I've always found the fusion of different art forms really interesting. My drummer, besides being a huge name in the music industry, is also a fairly well-known painter and filmmaker. We've come up with some bizarre collaborations over the last few years.
