I took this about four years back, didn't like the look of the neg so filed it away. Recently I've been revisiting some older negs and thought I'd give this a go...personally I'm pleased I did.

I can see why you are pleased with it! You took good advantage of the varied light to accent the various shapes in the Canyon.

An excellent image with beautiful tones. Simply tragic that Ilford has decided to stop production of their new Coldtone Developer....it is wonderful on their warmtone paper.

John

This is really stunning. The printing really makes this stand out from similar images. I echo John's lament if this is what this combination can do. Can we at least shame the ongoing entities into divulging their recipes when they halt their products' production ?

Wow, I would say you made an excellent decision. - Sean

Wonderful light. Thanks for taking another look and sharing.

All the best,
Daniel

My stomach feels like I'm on the edge looking at it. Very nice image. The spacial quality of the light is amazing. There's treasure in those "old negs."
