Hey, thanks! I practically had to tie my hands behind my back to keep from making this image more contrasty. My goal was a low contrast bromoil and I forced myself not to clear the facial area. Don't know if I made the right decision. I may procduce another bromoil of this image that has more contrast in the area of the head. Gene

In my opinion this is the right contrast. More would mean that the image jumped at you. Don't change the contrast as it adds to the mystery of this print.

I think the mood of this photograph is wonderful. Peaceful and almost creepy. The composition is perfect, and of course your technique brings out the best. I too think that the subtle contrast suits the subject matter. Very very nice.
