Thank you very much, Miles. What's amusing about this is that my wife began painting this subject, took her own photos to allow her to continue with the painting during this week, and now is teasing me about having appropriated her work and how she'll always have to explain to the cogniscenti that this view was really hers... I'm going out in the yard to eat worms.

ha, ha,ha,..you have shown from your comment that not only are you a fine photorapher but a very wise husband... it is cool that you both share similar compositional views(use that one on her...for brownie points...)

Your wife had a fine concept; you present a fine execution. Show us the painting, too. It's a great job of posing a chicken for a LF shot, and a quality print.
