All three look good but this just about wins. It's the shadow projection from the ironwork above the door that gives this one the edge.
 
This is an amazing image! I am really captivated by it. Wish you had included the exposure tho. Tripod used?
 
Your night time photographs are very beautiful. I particularly like the play of light in the shadows cast here.

Barbara, this is LF, meaning shooting from hand is usually out of the question (well, at least with all the types of viewcamera similar to mine).

Even at daytime LF needs diaphragm's of at least F16 or higher (and usually above F32) to get any sort of acceptable depth-of-field. So you can imagine the kind of shutter speeds you're dealing with at nighttime:
