Seriously great composition. Everything fits together including the Merilyn portrait strip, the flashed out one with the wrinkles, the knee on the drop the of couch back, the space lamp at the left and ofcourse her pose and expression. I even like that vertical scratch.

Incredible! I won't try to tackle what this photograph is saying, as I'm sure the message is quite different for each viewer... but I can't believe this doesn't elicit a strong response from just about everyone who has the good fortune to see it. Excellent work. Best. Shawn

I think it has a strong viewer response...I just think it leaves some of speechless and contemplative...its a classic image that means many things and to many people...
