When I use coffee, I make it in additional tray and also develops normal prints, there is no snatch point for coffee developer, so no stress. I found it useful for very contrasty shots, like this, against window. It also dyes in base and so pure white highlights has also some tone. It makes it softer ...
BTW I was surprised by resolution, it is very slow, very fine grain positive developer.
