I think this is most likely a double-coat. I made the print about 12 years ago so don't recall exactly but I rarely do a single coat. (Sometimes triple though.) It probably was toned in borax-gold toner since that was what I used during that period and it retains a reddish brown color. I much prefer Clerc's thiourea-based gold toner for VDB now. Clerc's gives a purplish color to VDBs if the time is sufficient.
 
Very nicely done. I have love hate thing with the eyeglasses though. On one hand she's charming with them being askew, on the other hand the print process gives the image a very old time feel and the glasses break that illusion.
 
This has a great "earthy" feel to it. Very relaxed w/comfortable pose. Love the obvious connection.
