I like it. The three objects go together well. A tree is ageless and the lamp looks suitably old to blend in with the castle. Great sky for an orange filter. I seems to need red to get this effect. I've even used red and a polariser and not got the sky much darker than this.

With D100 and Perceptol, this should be great for enlargement. Did you stick to box speed and what was your dev time, temp etc?

I am a Perceptol fan myself but haven't tried it with D100 yet.

I am biased towards highly fitered skies and old buidings anyway but even allowing for this "fellow traveller" effect, I speak objectively when I say this is one of your best.

stuck to box speed, it was 11 minutes 1:1 at 24 degrees, constant agitation in a jobo CPE2. Negs possibly a little dense - mostly printing at Grade 2, a couple of shots are very contrasty though and will need a lower grade.

Thanks. I have a Jobo myself although I have always fought shy of using it for B&W. I never considered the setting up to be worth it for B&W.

Might give it a go. If 11mins on the Jobo is a bit too contrasty and represents say a 15 % reduction compared to inversion times which becomes say 12.5, I wonder if 12 mins inversion gets negs to say 2.5 average? Mind you, with MG paper as long as its only the odd print requiring grade 1 and not most so there's then no margin left, does it matter if grade 1 is required?
