I love fiddle heads -- they're quite yummy when cought and cooked young. Nice spread Matt.

One thing I learned (was reminded of) when I did this one is that even moderate close-ups require more time to set up than you usually think. That doesn't fit particularly well with the "our guests will be here any minute now" reality of a dinner party.
