I like this image because without knowing what this is I could just as easily say that it is a aerial view of a peninsula with a forest in the foreground. Or for that matter it could be a coral reef as viewed from beneath the sea.

This image speaks to me about the universality of all life. The common connection apparent in all of our world as we experience it. It is the common thread that connects us all.

Thank you, Donald. That is much the same feeling I have about this image. I'm a big fan of William Garnett and feel that a couple of these prints have a similar quality and really do illustrate how the big picture looks much like the small picture.
